International Awards for Video Sport Production
The Golden Podium Awards highlight the best sports video sequences of the year.
Created in 1991 and supported by the International Olympic Committee and the French National Olympic and Sports Committee, the Golden Podium Competition rewards sports directors worldwide.
This competition highlights the best sports video sequences of the year, those who capture best the beauty of sports through emotion and creativity.
The winning sequences, along with a selection of outstanding ones, are screened during the Golden Podium Awards Ceremony on Wednesday 8 October 2014, in the presence of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco. Also attending the Ceremony: many sport personalities, olympic champions, art and media personalities, and the monegasque protocol.
This year, the Golden Podium Awards Ceremony will be very special since it will celebrate the 25th Anniversary of SPORTEL!
The winning directors will be invited in the Principality to receive their prize on stage: a Golden Podium (original sculpture by the artist Raymond Moretti) and a prize money for the sponsored prizes.

How to join the Competition?
The Competition is FREE and open for directors, producers, TV channels, and sports federations worldwide. You only need to send your sports video sequences on a usb key, along with the entry form to the following address:

The Jury of the Golden Podium Awards, composed of key figures of sports and media, will meet on 7 and 8 October during SPORTELMonaco 2014 to view the sequences and select the winning sports images of 2014.
The laureates will be contacted the same day and invited to come to Monaco to receive their Prize on stage during the Awards Ceremony, on 8 october at 7pm.
