SPORTEL offers several onsite services to help cater to participants needs:

Networking Tool Pods

The Networking Tool pods provide participants access to the Networking Tool to contact other SPORTELRio 2013 participants.

Meeting Point

Meeting Point is a dedicated point for participants to meet new contacts with ease. It also has power outlets to charge mobile phones and laptops.

Internet Zone (WIFI)

Free WIFI Internet access will be provided in the exhibition halls of the Sofitel Copacabana.  This WIFI network should be used for low bandwidth purposes only, such as email, tweets or simple web browsing. Please note, a login and a password are required and it is not suitable to access VPN.

Lounges & Bars

These meeting spaces are dedicated to SPORTELRio 2013 participants:
Location: Exhibition floor - Rio De Janeiro Ballroom, Level E, Sofitel
The Delegates Lounge includes meeting tables with chairs, cash bar and free WIFI service.

Office Services

Location: Level 1

The Sofitel's Business Centre provides participants with a range of secretarial and business services at competitive prices.

Parking

Private onsite indoor parking and valet parking are both available at the Sofitel for a fee.
