Check In/Check Out
Check-In time is after 2.00 pm ; check out before 12.00 am

Early Check In/Late Check Out
To guarantee early check in, the room must be reserved for the night prior to your arrival and is charged at an extra full night rate.
To guarantee late check out until 4.00 pm, 50 % of the room rate will be charged.
To guarantee late check out after 4.00 pm, a full night’s rate per room will be charged.
Early check in/ late check out are subject to availability.

Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the daily rate, and is served buffet style from 06:00 am to 10:30 am at the Atlantis Restaurant.

Wifi
Special rate for SPORTEL participants: R$15.00 plus 15% taxes for 24 hours.

Reservation guarantee
A front and back copy/scan of your credit card is requested; without it, the hotel cannot guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation & Shortening of stay
Cancellation must be made in writing to Amy MULLAN or Marine PICOULET. Cancellation and changes can be made up to until 4 days before your arrival date. After this time, the hotel reserves the right to charge the given credit card the amount of one night’s stay.
