REFUND OF THE VAT
In accordance with the European Tax Legislation, Monaco Mediax/SPORTEL must invoice its services with the 19.6% Value Added Tax (VAT). Foreign companies (EU or non-EU) are entitled to a refund of the paid VAT.
Minimum amount of a refund claim
The minimum amount of VAT required by the French tax authorities to submit a refund claim during the same calendar year is 200 €. If the VAT amount is under 200 €, the claim can only be submitted after January 1st of the year following the year the VAT was paid.
Original invoice
VAT refund claim can only be processed on presentation of the paid original invoice. Duplicates or client-copies, even certified, will not be accepted. Please be careful not to lose your original invoice, or you will lose your refund.
TEVEA INTERNATIONAL is the only Tax representative recommended by Monaco Mediax/SPORTEL. It is specialized in VAT refund claims and will handle the entire procedure for your company.

The Ravel Lounge (formerly the Visitors' Lounge) and the Lounge Bar, Level 1 are meeting spaces dedicated to SPORTELMonaco 2010 participants.
(including meeting tables with chairs, cash bar and free WIFI service)
WIFI Connection
Free WIFI Internet access will be provided in the exhibition halls of the Grimaldi Forum.
No login and password will be required. Not suitable to access VPN.
Internet Stations
User-friendly areas are located at the entrance of the Espace Ravel Exhibition Hall. equipped with computers and access for laptops to check your emails.
Networking Tool Stations
Easy access to your Networking Tool account to stay in touch with other SPORTELMonaco 2010 participants.

Parking
For private cars, parking spaces available at the Grimaldi Forum Public Parking (4 avenue Princesse Grace).
SPORTELMonaco 2010 participants are entitled to the special 5,50€ daily rate.
Please ask for your parking form at our registration desk in the Grimaldi Forum main hall.
