In the early 1960s, the apprentice director signed a few thrillers starring Jean-Paul Belmondo, such as Un nommé La Rocca (1961) and Echappement libre (1964). Just like his father, modesty and elegance are found in his early work. His movie, Tendre voyou, (1966) confirms that his filiation was not only genetic, but also aesthetic. After a long silence of nearly twenty years, Eté Meurtrier (1983), which reveals Alain Souchon in Cinema, put him in the foreground. The film gets a huge success, was nominated for a Cesar and presented at the Cannes Film Festival. In 1994, Elisa was acclaimed positively by the public, and projected Vanessa Paradis on the top of the cinematographic scene. Jean Becker often chooses to perform with his friends actors such as Jacques Villeret and André Dussollier, whom he directed in Les Enfants du Marais (1998), a nostalgic movie portraying moments of happiness in life; also in Un Crime au paradis (2000), a satyr story about the relationship between a couple in which there is no love anymore. Both films earned honourable box office scores. Jean Becker decided then to specialized in drama comedy. Later, Becker chose to reunite two figures of French cinema for La Tête en friche: Gérard Depardieu and Gisèle Casadesus.

NATCHOO DiegoSemi finalist of the French boxing championships
Diego Natchoo was born on 7 June 1992 in Marseille, where he was raised, alongside his sister, by his mother. At the age of 13 he decided to join a boxing gym, without any previous great conviction for the sport. After spending a great part of his childhood living in one of the roughest parts of Marseille, Diego wanted to make a change to his life by leaving these tough streets behind. Increasingly passionate about boxing, at the age of 19, Diego decided to take up the profession full-time, obtaining his license at a boxing club and dedicating 100% of his time to the sport. He soon began achieving recognition – competing in 36 fights with only a dozen defeats and reaching the amateur French Championship semifinals in the middleweight category. On 4 July 2015, he fought for the first time as a professional boxer at his club in Marseille. Noticed by Jacques Patrac during a fight, Diego decided to leave Marseille for Cap D’Agde and joined the Patrac Brothers Boxing Club. Following a professional and well-structured training schedule he went on to win his next 14 organized fights. On 28 March 2017, a last-minute fight was proposed for the French Championship title in the middleweight category. The fight was against Shamil Ismailov (17 fights, 15 wins, including 12 KO) a boxer with a ferocious punch. Diego, a very confident and well prepared boxer, accepted the fight. The fight was very close and the results were tight. Unfortunately, he lost, with two referees against one. However, due to his excellent performance during this fight, Diego is hotly tipped to be the next French champion in the middleweight category. Natchoo the Indian (in reference to the Indian tattoo which covers his back) is committed to succeeding in the field of boxing, known as being a very tough and ungrateful sport. He is a great example of social success for young kids, demonstrating that boxing is not just a sport but also a way to escape the streets.Diego now boxes under the Monegasque flag, trained by Jacques Patrac, promoted by Gerard Teysseron and is under contract with his agent Laurent Puons, President of the Monegasque Boxing Federation.
